🔹 About Me (English)

I am a Technical Manager and Project Manager with over 10 years of experience delivering software products for Japanese companies, ranging from startups to large enterprises.

My core strength lies in bridging business requirements and engineering execution. I specialize in Japanese-standard project management, offshore team leadership, requirement definition, and quality-driven development. I have led cross-border teams in Vietnam while working closely with stakeholders in Japan to ensure schedule commitment, stable delivery, and long-term maintainability.

I have hands-on experience in AdTech (SSP, DSP integration), web platforms, and large-scale systems, taking responsibility not only for development but also for planning, progress control, risk management, and continuous process improvement.

Beyond execution, I focus on building sustainable teams and products — not just systems that “work,” but products that are stable, easy to operate, and ready to scale. My goal is to support Japanese clients in achieving long-term success through reliable offshore development.

10年以上にわたり、日系企業を中心とした開発プロジェクトに携わってきたソフトウェアエンジニア／テクニカルマネージャーです。

ゲーム開発、モバイルアプリ、アドテック（広告配信・SSP・DSP関連）など、複数の分野において、実装だけでなく、設計・品質管理・運用を見据えた開発を担当してまいりました。 特に、ビジネス要件を正確に理解し、エンジニアリングに落とし込むことを強みとしています。

これまで日本の関係者と密に連携しながら業務を進めてきたため、日本特有の開発プロセス、品質基準、報連相の重要性を十分に理解しています。 日本語での技術的な議論や要件調整、進捗管理にも問題なく対応可能です。

現在は、個人としての短期的な案件対応ではなく、ベトナムにおける開発チームの構築・育成に注力し、 日本企業の皆様にとって長期的に信頼できる開発パートナーとなることを目指しています。
