Project Overview

WellCrew is a recruitment and job-matching platform specialized in the welfare and caregiving industry in Japan. The service connects job seekers who wish to work in the nursing care and welfare sector with care facilities and service providers seeking qualified personnel.

In addition to the recruitment platform, WellCrew also operates a franchise-based business model called WellCrew Agent, which enables partners to start a caregiving-focused recruitment business with operational and marketing support.

WellCrew（ウェルクルー）は、日本の福祉・介護業界に特化した人材紹介・求人マッチングサービスです。 介護・福祉分野で働きたい求職者と、人材を求める事業所をつなぐプラットフォームとして展開されています。

また、「WellCrew Agent（ウェルクルーエージェント）」として、人材紹介ビジネスのフランチャイズ展開も行っており、未経験者でも介護特化型人材紹介事業を立ち上げられる仕組みを提供しています。

My Role

• Responsible for overall project planning and delivery
• Coordinated between business stakeholders and development teams
• Managed schedules, priorities, and progress across multiple teams
• Led requirement definition sessions with the product owner
• Supported the design and decision-making process for core system features

• 日本側ステークホルダーとベトナム開発チーム間の調整

• コア機能設計における技術的な意思決定をサポート
